The vision of the Panama City Centennial Committee is to involve all communities of greater Panama City and celebrate the events important to those communities also. We will begin to honor, celebrate and imagine with “100 Years of History” festivities beginning in 2007 and carrying the theme on through 2009.

• Celebrate and commemorate the history and culture of Panama City
• Educate, involve and inspire the community as to the history and culture of Panama City
• Leave a legacy for future generations
• Create opportunities for ethnic, faith-based, educational, merchant and civic organizations to participate
• Design and/or support major Centennial events that draw residents and visitors into the community.
